- Eat raw garlic when possible - find appropriate dosage with breath assure
- Eat extra oil while exercising for fat calories and hormone production

- Take folding chair into woods for devotions in the morning.
- Sing hymns from select hymnal when sad or tempted
- Give thanks to God for all blessings in the name of Jesus
- Memorize verses on thankfulness
- Read the Testimonies for the Church
- Study Gospel Workers 1889
- Always carry GLOW or literature with contact on it
- Study the book of Revelation
- Publish BBR lessons
- Publish SM BBR lessons
